Pharma Shelf (“we”, “us”) provides pharmacy management software via Android and the web. This policy explains what information we process to operate the product and support customers.

Information we process

Depending on how you use the product, we may process account details (name, email, phone), pharmacy and branch profile data, inventory and sales records you enter, device and log data needed for security and reliability, and messages you send to support.

How we use information

We use this information to provide and improve the service, sync data between mobile and web, authenticate users and enforce roles, troubleshoot issues, and communicate about the product. We do not sell your pharmacy customer lists.

Sharing

We may use infrastructure and service providers (for example hosting, analytics, or messaging) who process data on our instructions. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the security of the service.

Retention & security

We retain data as long as your account is active and as needed for legitimate business and legal purposes. We use encryption in transit and access controls appropriate to a multi-tenant business application.
